New Delhi, May 7: There appears to be no let up from bad weather in the country as the government has alerted 13 states and two union territories about thunderstorms accompanied by hail and squall on Monday. According to information apart from extremely bad condition in Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir, heavy rains are predicted in several places in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Haryana, Chandigarh, western UP and Tripura. The sources said that UP government has issued high alert in entire state, as on Sunday night there was thunderstorm in western, central UP and Bundelkhand regions. The central government has also issued high alert in the states likely to face fury on nature on Monday.
